Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Channel Partner Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and impact by engaging with business partner groups, recruiting them into our client’s business partner ecosystem, and supporting them in selling and promoting the client’s software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and nurturing successful business relationships
Key Responsibilities: - Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to sell and promote our software ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
- Create and implement training programs for partners to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint marketing initiatives and sales strategies that drive revenue growth for both our partners and us.
- Monitor and manage partner performance, providing regular feedback and support to ensure sales targets are met.
- Facilitate communication between channel partners and our internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns.
- Participate in partner events, conferences, and workshops to promote our ecosystem and strengthen partner engagement.
- Analyze market trends and partner feedback to recommend improvements to our partner program and software solutions.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in channel partner management or business development, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of software sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of partners.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend events.
