What You Will Be Doing: - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and collaborate with department heads on mitigation strategies.
- Establish and update risk management policies, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Oversee insurance policies for optimal coverage, collaborating with providers and managing claims.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans, coordinating with authorities and conducting drills.
- Lead investigations into incidents and implement corrective actions while fostering a proactive risk management approach.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance team awareness of potential risks and promote a culture of safety.
What You Bring To The Table:- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Safety Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven health and safety experience in outdoor recreation.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Strategic and analytical thinking for assessing and mitigating risks.
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable/insured vehicle with winter tires for commuting.
