Responsibilities
This is what your daily workday could look like with our team in Brossard;
- Maintain and develop your customer network by establishing relationships with new customers;
- Solicit your prospects and customers regularly by organizing networking visits to a specific local territory;
- Present recruitment service offers to your clients and prospects by targeting their needs;
- Participate in negotiations and hiring of all new talents;
- Make the brand resonate in different networking events.
Qualifications
Here are the qualifications required to be successful at Randstad as a consultant in the industrial field:
Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities in a constantly changing market.
Work experience in sales or customer service with volume.
Autonomy, organization and logic will help you.
Good learning abilities, wanting to improve by following several training courses and being a team player.
Bilingualism in order to communicate with the Anglophone and Francophone clientele in the area of Brossard.
