Job description
The Enterprise Architect is adept at aligning business goals with technical design. You will chart the best architectural blueprint for Microsoft 365 and related technologies to prevent architectural inflicted issues for our clients. You will bring deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise around M365 and Intune by providing long-term supportability and setting expectations aligned with the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions to deploy, upgrade, or migrate to the latest Microsoft technologies.
- Review existing architecture and configuration plans and provide a detailed assessment of a product’s current or planned configuration and make recommendations to reduce the time needed for successful deployments or migrations.
- Advise business users on best practices for M365 and endpoint management architecture, design, development, or integration processes to reduce future problems.
- Conduct root cause analysis of critical situations and make recommendations and plans for preventing recurrences.
- Collaborate with the TAM to examine ticket trends and identify recurring issues and common threads. Analyze issues and engineer changes to proactively prevent and solve current problems.
- Lead reactive troubleshooting or proactive service delivery, such as a risk assessment or a health assessment.
- Act as the SME through design, implementation, and support of solutions related to Microsoft endpoint management technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Office 365, etc.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and application releases.
- Articulate effectively to both technical and non-technical resources across all levels of an organization.
- Participate in problem analysis and assist in determining strategic software solutions and enhancements to address identified issues.
- Support and implement changes for Azure Active Directory.
- Implement and support Microsoft Intune and related technologies.
- 10+ years in designing, implementing, and supporting solutions utilizing Microsoft Modern Desktop, Windows 365 Desktop, Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, Virtual Desktop, Intune, Azure AD, Compliance Center.
- 10+ years of experience working with Enterprise customers in a consultative capacity.
- Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security (EM&S) services including Azure Active Directory, Intune, Cloud App Security.
- Experience with device management tools including Intune, Configuration Manager, Windows Autopilot, Windows Autopatch, and White Glove.
- Experience in advanced security and compliance services such as Windows Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Office365.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 Licensing with a focus on User Adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of an extended team.
- Strong analytical skills and documentation development and delivery.
- Comfortable delivering presentations to audiences varying in size.
Preferred Certifications/Qualifications:
- Experience with PowerShell/VB Scripting.
- 5+ years of experience in operations consulting and/or service delivery or related preferred.
Education/Training:
- A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
