As a Residential Highrise Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process in highrise developments. Key responsibilities include:
- Construction Leadership: Provide hands-on leadership through all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to timelines and high-quality standards.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage the full construction cycle, from planning and scheduling to project completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control processes to guarantee that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to foster a positive working environment and achieve project goals.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a strong commitment to safety protocols and ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Residential Highrise Superintendent role.
- In-depth knowledge of the Ontario construction sector.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle construction processes, from planning to project completion.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
