Waterloo Window Cleaning is a home maintenance company that provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning and power washing services to households and commercial buildings. Last summer, we sold and produced over $150,000 and had over 280 clients. • You will be going door to door offering free estimates for window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and pressure washing.
• You will be trained in how to handle objections and how to schedule estimates at the door.

Job Responsibilities

• Increase brand awareness
• Generate leads, as well as convert leads to estimates at the door
• Work in a team environment, and working with friends is encouraged
• Build rapport with customers
• Potential for future promotions within the company
• Work locally and we operate in King City, Vaughan, Kleinburg, Nobleton, and Schomberg

Job Requirements and Benefits

• Outgoing, energetic and motivated
• Results orientated
• Previous infield marketing, customer service and sales experience an asset
• Must be willing to work outdoors
• Reliable transportation is an asset
• 10-20 hours a week (flexible schedule)
• Position runs January-May or January-July
• Can make $17 - $20 an hour depending on performance
• Training will be provided
• On the job support
