Randstad is hiring for Supervisor Production for a HVAC manufacturing company that are expert in HVAC innovation. We are seeking candidates that has 3-5 years of hands on experience in manufacturing environment. The Supervisor Production will be managing team members on a daily basis and oversse efficient operations of the Production Department.
The Supervisor Production comes with a annualy salary of $ 50,000 to $60,000, and compensation package after probationary period.
Shift is from Monday to Friday with 7:30 am to 4pm schedule.

Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate plant operations under guidance of management.
Oversee the bldg. maintenance and equipment maintenance.
Responsible for plant production goals & identify opportunities for improvement.
Identify training needs & develop training/coaching plan. Follow-up on training/coaching
Manage employee performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience, hands on experience required.
Must be mechanically inclined, progressive thinker and self motivated.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent ability to resolve conflict and build team.
Knowledge in health and safety regulations and standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office
