Our client is looking for an Office Assistant for a 12 month contract in Bolton.

Responsibilities
As an Office Assistant, your duties will include:
•Reception/Phone Operations
•Receiving, screening, and directing incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail
•Providing secretarial/administrative support to Associates or groups in the organization
•Preparing correspondences, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc
•Maintaining files, records, calendars, and diaries.
•May arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses
•Reception/Phone Operations
•Researching vendors for office supplies/equipment and outsourcing services
•Planning office events, moves, and assisting with office space planning
• Analyzing and developing office or department budgets
• Other duties as required
Qualifications
•2+ years of reception and office administration experience
•The incumbent must have a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and peers.
•A person, who's flexible, fast reacting, and ready to be working with ambiguity
•Excellent communication skills
•Proficient in MS Office and computer literate
