Your responsibilities for this receptionist position will include:
- Enter data into the computer, update lists, databases and documents;
- Answering the telephone, forwarding to the various stakeholders, opening and distributing postal mail and other documents, diary management, email management, filing.
- Send service calls by email to maintenance and transcribe in the call log;
- Manage emails
- Enter reports
- Other related tasks
