Job description
In partnership with our client, Palette Skills, ZoomHR is leading the search for a Bilingual Delivery Partner Manager to join their dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be residing in Quebec.
About Palette
Palette Skills is a national nonprofit that trains Canadians for
careers in growing industries. Since their launch, they have created three
successful upskilling programs: SalesCamp, which prepares people for the world
of B2B tech sales, Digital Agriculture and Automation, and previously,
Accelerated Cyber Security Training Program. While these sectors are different
from each other, their approach is the same: to train and connect individuals
with great foundational skills to employers struggling to find the talent they
need. Their model is so successful that it has resulted in 90% of graduates
from their inaugural SalesCamp program receiving a job offer after completing
the program.
By building partnerships with industry, Palette Skills gives innovative companies access to traditionally untapped labour markets, and creates pathways to career growth through demand-driven, industry-led accelerated skilling programs that lead upskilled workers into new, high demand tech jobs.
About Upskill Canada
Palette Skills launched Upskill Canada in April 2023, to help our

This role will also be working with coalitions which are umbrella
organizations of five or more members coordinating a group of delivery
partners, as above.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Onboarding new coalitions to ensure a clear understanding of expectations and commitments to Upskill Canada outcomes and adherence to the Palette Model and delivery framework
· Providing support, guidance and oversight to coalition partners as they progress through gated funding approvals pertaining to their project milestones and deliverables
· Effectively managing complex relationships with coalition partners to ensure successful outcomes and deliverables of large-scale programs

· Obtaining new delivery partner/coalition candidates through the development and implementation of regional outreach strategies and engagement activities
· Collaborating with internal teams to strategically identify and plan delivery partner/coalition support tools and events that will provide beneficial outcomes for applications and upskilling program
· Collaborating effectively with the partnerships team and regional stakeholders to generate interest and engagement for Upskill Canada and Palette Skills
· Collaborating with the marketing team on regional participant and employer recruitment campaigns to support delivery partner outcomes
Qualifications
· Must be bilingual with strong communication skills in both French and English (verbal
and written); Francophones preferred
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manager of Partnerships or related position
· Experience working with and managing complex coalitions; experience working with a variety of stakeholder groups is an asset (e.g., workforce development government, education, employment service delivery, non-for-profit organizations, etc.)
· Advanced interpersonal skills, including the ability to relationship-build with individuals at all levels of an organization
· Excellent presentation skills, including competency developing and presenting outreach strategies, participating in public affairs, and public speaking
