Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear and concise documentation for software products, user guides, technical manuals, and other technical content.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and validate documentation accuracy.
- Organize and structure documentation to make it easy to navigate and understand.
- Edit and proofread documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing to continuously improve documentation quality and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical writing, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical documentation samples.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and grammar.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
