Bilingual Transaction Processing Administrator

We are currently looking for (20) Bilingual Transaction Processing Administrators for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $29.19.
12month contract.
Fulltime (37.50 hours per week).
Hybrid work: 3 remote days 2 office days.

Responsibilities:
Review and process incoming transactions accurately and promptly.
Provide outstanding service to both internal and external clients through various communication channels such as emails phone calls or written correspondence. Respond to inquiries by conducting thorough research and analysis determining the most effective solution and ensuring accurate processing of required operations.
Collaborate with teams across different offices to handle dynamic workloads and meet service standards.
Maintain a positive attitude while actively seeking solutions to problems.
Contribute to the enhancement of service efficiency by proposing and implementing process improvements.
Foster effective collaboration with other departments within the Disbursement Services division.
What you will need to succeed:
College diploma or relevant work experience.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Capability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
