Role Overview:
The Vice President of Finance and Administration at Ulala is a strategic leader who oversees the financial and administrative functions of the company. This role demands a unique blend of leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will provide strategic solutions, oversee sales job management, implement marketing strategies, manage customer service, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Working closely with HR, sales, accounting, IT, and other teams, you will foster an environment of excellence and innovation.
Main responsibilities
- Leadership and Operational Administration: Lead the finance and administration departments, setting and enforcing policies that promote company culture and vision through high performance and operational excellence.
- Strategic Solution Provisioning: Drive strategic initiatives and solutions that enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting Metrics and Performance Analysis: Develop and oversee key performance indicators for the finance and administration departments, ensuring that all activities align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure the company’s adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding the organization against financial and legal risks.
- Sales Job Management and Marketing Strategy Implementation: Oversee the management of sales strategies and marketing initiatives, aligning them with financial and operational objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Budget Oversight: While detailed financial expertise is not the core of this role, oversee budget management to ensure resources are allocated efficiently, supporting the company’s strategic objectives.
- Customer Service Management: Lead the customer service department to ensure exceptional service standards, fostering loyalty and satisfaction among our clientele.
- Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with HR, sales, accounting, IT, and other departments to ensure cohesive operations and the achievement of company-wide goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior management roles, with a proven track record of success in finance and administration leadership within a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
