About the Career Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Creative Director to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving creative excellence at our agency and leading creative projects for a diverse range of client brands.

• As a creative thinker, you will lead in the development of creative and strategic ideas across a wide range of client portfolios.
• As someone who is connected to culture, you will explore and recommend emerging creative and media trends.
• As a leader, you will help to inspire our creative team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative ideas and high-quality output.
• As someone with a keen eye, you will oversee the development of creative projects from concept to completion.
• As a strong presenter and speaker, you will communicate creative concepts and solutions to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• As an experienced designer, you welcome the opportunity to get your hands dirty and will contribute in design work as well as ideation
• As a seasoned creative, you will provide mentorship and guidance to creative staff, nurturing their skills and fostering professional growth.
• As a great collaborator, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

About the Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate has proven experience in a creative leadership role within a marketing agency or related environment. They have exceptional communication and presentation skills, and they are keen to explore the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and technology. They have proven strengths in ideation and design. They must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a drive for excellence and continued creativity. They must be self-motivated and independent.
