Responsibilities
• Business/IT strategy Development and outcomes planning;
• Business application and technology rationalization;
• Multi-year capital and operational budget planning including projections for total cost of ownership;
• Business Capability planning; and
• Architectural Policies and Standards Development.
Qualifications
The ideal Enterprise Architect will have extensive experience at a senior level in:
• Business capability analysis, development, and management;
• Information technology capability management, in particular.
• Business and Technical Services Planning and Design;
• Business Services Value/Cost Analysis;
• Application Portfolio Management;
• Enterprise information and technology roadmap alignment;
• Best practice leadership for the Enterprise Architectural Design and Documentation;
• Technical Governance Framework Design; and
• Facilitation with Ministry partners and third-party vendors.
