dl K (Fort Simpson), the place where the rivers come together is a village in the Dehcho Region of Canadas Northwest Territories. About the Opportunity
dl K First Nation has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Financial Comptroller, based in Fort Simpson, NT.

Reporting to the Executive Director and working with Chief and Council, this position provides financial management and advice to both dl K First Nation and its subsidiary company Nogha Enterprises Ltd.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
More About You
In order to qualify for this role, you must have 5 years of working experience in financial management, preferably in managing multiple business ventures or First Nations experience. A professional accounting or finance designation, i.e. CGA, CMA, CA, etc., or equivalent experience, is preferred.

As our ideal candidate, you are innovative and possess a keen ability to see the big picture, which is crucial for navigating the diverse and dynamic landscape of our First Nations community. Your capability to evolve within the role, while adapting to various challenges and opportunities, sets you apart. You will be managing a broad range of funding portfolios for different assets and community amenities, which requires a solutions-focused approach and problem-solving skills. Moreover, your excellent time management skills ensure that projects are prioritized and completed efficiently, aligning with our community's goals and aspirations.

About the Benefits
