Job description

iDine Indian Cuisine is seeking for experienced line cooks to come and work for a high energy kitchen. We are independently run and there is a lot of room for growth within the company as well as knowledge. We are hiring ASAP for full time Line Cook position for days, evening and weekends. Having past experience in Indian cuisine is a plus. The ideal candidate has proven themselves to be a driving force in the success of establishments they have worked for in the past. We are looking at someone who can step into a responsibility role and can work well under pressure.

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
Consulting with clients regarding events, Banquets, weddings and other special functions.
Planning the daily menu and ensuring that the food means the quality standards.
Requisition of food and kitchen supplies in accordance to the menu planned.
Preparation and cooking of specialty foods and regular meals.
The job involves giving instructions to cooks for cooking, preparation, garnishing and food.
To create new and exciting recipes.
To supervise the kitchen staff and cooks.
