The Deputy Manager (Fleet Support) Personnel Support Programs (PSP) will oversee the responsibilities and resource requirements to transfer the Non-Public Property (NPP) accounting and warehousing procedures of RCN ships to CFMWS under the NPP Accountability Framework. You will provide management advice during the start-up phase for the project management, instructions, execution plan and coastal coordination, including liaison with RCN representatives.
The Deputy Manager (Fleet Support) PSP will oversee the operations and delivery of NPP financial governance, compliance, accounting, and management services to RCN ships. You will provide advice, guidance and direct support for managers in the day-to-day financial services required aboard RCN Ships at CFB Halifax. You will assist with the development of budgets and business plans and monitor revenues and expenses. You will administer, analyze and forecast budgets, expenditures and financial activities.
Education, Certifications and Licenses
A demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. This includes but is not limited to demonstrated military education, training or experience
