Inside Sales Associate (Call Centre) Location - ON, St Catharine’s, 80 King St
What’s the Job?Training start time & how many weeks for training: 6 weeks – Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm EST
Hours of Operation : Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:30pm EST
Duration : 12 months contract with possibility of extension.
Hourly Pay Rate : $20.43
A contract commencement bonus of CAD $500 will be paid after completion of 4 consecutive weeks of service.
A contract completion bonus of total CAD $1000 will be paid after completing 12 weeks service.
Basic Qualifications HS Diploma or GED Min 1-yr customer service
Prefer experience working in a sales environment with sales targets or quotas.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work all shifts as required (including holidays).
PC skills and keyboarding skills.
Professional Skill Requirements High level of professional customer service and sales mindset, passion for driving sales through adoptions and spend.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Flexible and quick learners, able to adapt to the continuously evolving needs of both the business and the customer.
Strong analytical and decision making skills that demonstrate good judgment.
Demonstrate speed, agility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in their work.
