Randstad is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work for a benefits company in the Thornhill area. This is a permanent full-time position!

Start date: ASAP
Location- Thornhill near highway 7
Hybrid model 2 days a week in office
Pay: $45k-$50k based on experience
Hours of operation: 8-4 pm or 9-5 pm

Responsibilities
- Answering high-volume calls in a timely manner
- Providing general information to plan members regarding benefit amounts or claims
- Transferring calls to pension officers as required
- Providing information on eligibility for various plan provisions
- Creating and sending out LOA letters, and WSIB documentation
- Preparation of pre-retirement letters

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education is an asset

- Previous call centre experience
- Excellent communication in both ENGLISH and FRENCH
- Analytical thinking and good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines
