Posh Lash Ltd. is a full-service eyelash beautique, located in the heart of downtown, Vancouver. We provide high quality eyelash extensions and microblading services.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Spa Manager who can bring his/her talent and management experience to expand our growing business.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and complete budget and store inventory
- Ensure adherence to quality improvement and marketing strategies
- Implement policies and procedures for staff
- Resolve client complaints
- Hire, train and evaluate new staff ensuring the job requirements are met
- Control daily/weekly sales and operational progress/issues
- Perform duties as an eye lash technician as needed when required
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Eye Lash Technician
- Experienced in eye lash extension (including Russian volume and 2D-6D) /perm/lift/tinting
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising staff in a similar setting required
- Solid understanding of public health and hygiene
- Exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Available to work on weekends
- Professional certification is an asset
- Must have Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or valid work permit
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- 30 hours per week
- $26 per hour
- Permanent position
