- Provide superior support to our technician service team by researching and answering a variety of inquiries.
- Manage daily reports, taking appropriate action to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Communicate COD estimates to customers and process events to make certain they are scheduled.
- Work with the National Operations team to resolve potential issues that may delay work order (event) completion.
- Manage customer escalations, working with consumers to identify and execute solutions.
- Follow up with technicians regarding outstanding parts receiving and returns, holding them accountable to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing parts on events by transferring them to alternative technicians, receiving, and following up with National Parts and local parts team.
- Respond to daily incoming emails and events held awaiting action / administrative review.
- Support the achievement of key performance measurements: FTC (First time complete), RTAT (Repair turnaround time) and NPS (net promoter score).
- Provide dispatch support as required.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional teamwork approach
- Proven ability to remain focused and work under pressure to meet deadline requirements.
- Customer Service focused.
- Strong desire to take ownership and accountability of task completion.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and Outlook, would be considered a definite asset.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Minimum College Diploma or High School with equivalent experience.
