About this role:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be overseeing our agency’s  paid digital advertising campaigns, reporting and analytics, and SEO work. We’re looking for a resourceful, self-starter who is passionate about producing great work and has a proven  track record of managing multiple digital ad accounts and delivering measurable results based on target KPIs (Lead generation, Click through, etc.). The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a digital marketing agency environment and is used to executing effective paid campaigns for a variety of clients. Bonus points if you’ve done so for the industrial sector or in a B2B environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns including: ppc, boosted social, video pre roll, seo/sem, re-marketing etc. 
• Lead the analytics and reporting function for all of our organic and paid digital marketing clients
• Take data and summarize it in an easy to understand method for clients and account managers to analyze
• Develop and implement SEO and web strategy to drive traffic to our various client websites and improve search engine rankings.
• Educate yourself, our team members and our clients about the latest and greatest in social media and digital marketing. 
• Work collaboratively with our account team, strategy team and other digital marketing staff to execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Provide end-to-end account management/client service of select social media/content marketing accounts (dependent on applicant skill-set)

A little bit about you:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 years experience working in digital marketing, with a demonstrated track record of success (references, example accounts, campaign reporting)
• Strong understanding of PPC and Retargeting – campaign planning, budgeting, execution, analysis
• Strong understanding of social ad networks (Meta, LinkedIn)
• Experiencing working with industrial sector clients and companies a major asset
• Knowledge and experience in SEO/SEM, Google analytics 4
• Strong time management skills, ability to work both independently and cross-functionally 
• Strong communication and client service skills with an impeccable attention to detail
• Proficient in Gsuite, Slack and social media platforms LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook and Instagram
• Functional knowledge of Adobe CS an asset
