About the Company
Our client is a facilities management & operations company looking to hire an Application Support Analyst (OneStream)
About the Opportunity
This role is focused on financial application support and enhancing Netsuite or OneStream with regards to user support, configuration and upgrades
Currently they have over 800 NetSuite users and for Oracle PBCS they have 200 users
They are running Netsuite - One World version with various modules including WMS and are adding manufacturing modules & advanced inventory
They are migrating from Oracle Cloud PBCS to OneStream which is used for planning, budgeting and consolidation
About You
Hands on experience with OneStream or Oracle PBCS application support
Strong communication and open with accents
Experience with gathering business requirements, documentation, UAT and testing
Open to hybrid with 3 days onsite to Mississauga
Bonus Items:
Experience with ACS (Advanced Customer Service)
API integration
Scripting with Shell scripts
Working hours / shifts / OT expected: 9am to 5pm
Salary Range
$100,000/year
