Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to help us expand our client base. As a remote sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, setting appointments, and closing sales. You will be expected to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate industry
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and brokers
• Conduct sales presentations via phone, email, and video conferencing
• Negotiate contracts and close sales
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new sales materials and strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
• Real Estate License or experience in Real Estate industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
