You will work with word-class cloud contact center solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing, configuring and developing these different solutions for our customers. You will work in collaboration with our technical specialists.
• Participate in CCaaS (Call Center as a Service) development projects in a cloud environment for our clients: establish and analyze the needs of the desired new functionalities, make a prototype, develop it, assist the team and the client during the transition to the production version;
• Participate in the development of integration projects of our solutions with those of our customers;
• Participate in the development of the overall architecture of a production release project;
• Produce documentation of the overall architecture and detailed architecture of the production release project;
• Liaise with the vendor’s developers and escalate any technical issues that cannot be resolved;
• Document what has been done in order to share the information with other team members;
• Permanent, full-time position;
• Salary between $65,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience;
• Telecommuting, hybrid mode (telecommuting and face-to-face) or face-to-face depending on your preference;

• Bachelor or technical degree in IT or computer science;
• Experience of at least 3 years in a similar environment;
• Experience in Java and C# programming;
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON;
• Knowledge of Web Services Requests;
• Experience with third-party APIs (REST SOAP);
• Experience with third party systems and integrations ;
• Experience scripting in LInqpad, Powershell or similar ;
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and MSSQL databases ;
• Knowledge in CRM system integration (an asset);
• Knowledge in telephony and contact center (an asset);
• Excellent technical and analytical skills ;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and French;
