Meridia Recruitment Solutions is excited to lead the recruitment efforts for Realized Worth looking for a Business Support Associate to work remotely with their team.

We are looking for an individual who thrives on the challenge of bringing order to all areas of the business. The Business Support Associate will provide administrative support to various aspects of all projects and departments. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Responsibilities will include:

• Receive and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks.
• Correspond with internal and external parties to support scheduling, projects, tasks, meeting notes and action steps, etc.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meeting invitations. Attend meetings, take notes, document actions, and follow up as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for process creation, optimization, and documentation.
• Increase team efficiencies deleting, re-routing, or replying to emails on behalf of team members when appropriate.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of team members.
• Other HR support as required.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable and administer company payroll.
• Maintain company balance sheet and income statement.
• Other finance support as required.
• Attend and participate in internal team meetings.
• Other related duties as required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in office administration or other relevant degree or work experience.
• Relevant experience (work and/or personal) that demonstrates practice in organizing tasks and people.
• Interest in learning and understanding company operations, with an emphasis on administration, finance, and HR.
• Excellent organizational skills coupled with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly while paying extreme attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop authentic relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Proficiency with Quickbooks will be considered an asset.
• Willing to travel for work 3-4 times a year. May include out-of-country travel.
