Position Summary:
The Studio Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing in various aspects of our Creative Studio's operations, particularly in the context of E-commerce, lifestyle, and flat shoots
What you’re responsible for:
Sample Management:
- The coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing samples. This involves keeping track of inventory, ensuring samples are available and prepped for shoots, and coordinating their return after use.
Studio Production:
- Overseeing studio production; managing the day-to-day activities within the studio. This includes coordinating schedules, ensuring all necessary equipment is available, and assisting in the shooting process.
Studio Maintenance:
- Maintenance involves keeping the studio space and equipment in optimal condition. This could include regular equipment checks, cleanliness, and addressing any issues that may arise during shoots.
Assisting on E-commerce, Lifestyle, and Flat Shoots:
- The coordinator will be actively involved in various types of shoots, including E-commerce (product-focused), lifestyle (capturing real-life situations), and flat shoots (images with a focus on a single subject). This assistance could range from setting up equipment to ensuring a smooth flow during the shoot.
Styling:
- The coordinator will be involved in styling, ensuring apparel and accessories are prepped ahead of a shoot to achieve the desired look and feel.
Shooting Creative Content for Social Platforms:
- Producing visually appealing and engaging material for online platforms, contributing to the brand's online presence.
Ensuring a Smooth Run of Show:
- This overarching responsibility involves making sure that all aspects of the studio's operations run smoothly. This includes coordinating with various team members, managing timelines, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a studio or creative environment.
- Strong organizational skills for managing samples, coordinating shoots, and overseeing studio logistics.
- Familiarity with studio equipment and production processes.
- Knowledge or experience in styling for various types of shoots.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with a team and ensure a smooth run of show.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle unexpected challenges.
- Attention to detail for maintaining sample inventory and ensuring high-quality production.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, from shoot assistance to studio maintenance.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work and experience would be an asset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, as studio schedules may vary.

Pay Range: $43,000-$57,000 CAD annually
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
