- Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and material procurement.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to maintain project timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and optimize construction processes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality control and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and other documentation as required.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably in park or outdoor recreation development projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
