In your role, you will
Job title: Sales Support Analyst, Smart Services
Smart Services offers a series of revenue programs such as "Smart Parts" that provide Customers with maintenance cost protection for Bombardier Business Aircraft.
In your role, you will;
- Perform contract transfers at aircraft resale and re-enrolments in association with Bombardier Legal and Finance.
- Support our Bombardier service centers, parts centers and authorized facilities' inquiries for scope of program coverage and offer training to establish program guidelines and procedures.
- Invoice customers for additional billings such as contract transfer fees and minimum flight hours in a timely fashion to support the Customer Experience Financial targets.
- Reconcile customer parts usage versus flight hour payments for 1,500+ enrolled Customers to determine future Smart Services flight hour rate.
- Verify invoices charged to the program for eligibility of coverage or rejection. Produce various reports on customer account activities and interface with various departments such as warranty, legal, aircraft sales, finance and Parts Services in support of the work. Interpret service bulletins and illustrated parts catalogues to determine eligibility of parts coverage. Update SAP parts master to identify covered parts.
- Represent Smart Services at weekly Accounts Receivables meetings. You will investigate targeted accounts and assist the various Bombardier collectors and internal stake holders to ensure that overdue Smart Services payments are settled promptly. Familiarity and working knowledge of Bombardier’s Finance systems and protocols is desirable (an asset).
As our ideal candidate
- You ideally have five to seven years relevant work experience.
- You possess a College Diploma in Aeronautics or relevant fields Or equivalent level of relevant work experience.
- You possess an education and work experience that are a blend of aircraft knowledge and business skills and have the ability to communicate the benefits of cost per flight hour programs to the customer, interpret the customers' needs and administer these revenue programs.
- You have experience in or knowledge of aircraft maintenance, cost per flight hour programs for airframe and/or engines, aircraft warranty, aircraft maintenance planning and aircraft customer support exposure are considered strong assets.
- You have excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills and project a friendly attitude. You enjoy working in an active office environment with daily customer interaction.
- You are bilingual ; English and French preferred, fluent in English written and spoken a must with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You are autonomous and able to work with a minimum of supervision in a changing environment.
- You are available for occasional travel .
- You would enjoy working in a "customer comes first" environment with excellence in professional and friendly service.
