Job Duties:
- Prepare Reports Regarding Merchandise, Sales Volume And Personnel Matters
- Supervise And Co-Ordinate Sales Staff And Cashiers And Assign Duties
- Prepare Work Schedule
- Order Merchandise And Maintain Inventory Record
- Hire And Train New Staff And Monitor And Report On Performance
- Authorize Payments And The Return Of Merchandise And Resolve Issues Regarding Customers Requests, Complaints And Supply Shortages
- Ensure The Visual Standards And Image Of The Store Maintained Such As Store Displays, Signage And Cleanliness
- May Perform The Same Duties As Workers Supervised And May Also Perform Managerial Duties If Required, Such As Opening And Closing Of Store, Managing Complaints, Developing And Implementing Marketing Strategies And Signing For Deliveries.
Work Setting: The Candidate Should Be Available To Work Full Time In The Early Morning, Morning, Day, Or Evening Or On The Weekend.
