PHL Capital Corp. is currently seeking a and motivated Mortgage Analyst to join their team. Working in collaboration with several different internal departments as the successful candidate you will be a main point of contact for borrowers and mortgage brokers. Assisting with the administrative aspects of the mortgage application and mortgage renewal process you will have strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. You will ensure that all necessary information and documentation is received and processed in a timely matter and will have the ability to multitask and easily jump from one file to the next. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic fast paced environment with a strong desire to continue to grow and learn.

The salary range for this position is $55000 to $65000 per annum.

This is a fulltime hybrid opportunity (Monday to Friday) with the successful candidate working on site 4 days a week. Post-Secondary education with an emphasis in business administration or equivalent; 1-3 years\' experience in real estate, conveyancing, mortgage financing or banking considered a strong asset; Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic; Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships with various individuals inside and outside the organization; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Outstanding organizational skills and attention to accuracy and detail; Ability to multitask and prioritize time sensitive matters; Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Our company values a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering results while maintaining a positive and collaborative atmosphere; Extensive experience using MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook); Appropriately licensed in BC or a willingness to complete the Mortgage Brokerage in BC course within 3 months.
