Our client, in the food industry, is looking for a Business Intelligence Architect (BI).
- Design, develop, document and integrate new database environments related to purchasing, manufacturing, delivery and finance;
- Evaluate tools available in the market versus the BI implemented system and make recommendations;
- Contribute to estimating of new implementations and BI project integration costs;
- Be the resource for on-site and off-site Cognos tool users;
- Verify the accuracy, quality and timeliness of existing and new reports and dashboards;
- Manage external consultants and the implementation of new seasonal product planning tools on the TM1 platform;
- Train the users of the tools developed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or Engineering (data management);
- At least 5 years of experience in data engineering or the implementation and maintenance of data;
- Excellent command of Microsoft Power suite tools;
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, (knowledge of the IBM Cognos/TM1 suite is an asset);
- Bilingual.
