Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and friendly Seasonal F&B Floor Manager to join our dynamic team!

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Outlets Manager & the Catering Manager (for events), the F&B Floor Manager plays an essential role in the day-to-day operations of the Service Team and ensures that exceptional service is provided to members and guests.

The successful candidate is eager to learn, passionate about developing others, loves meeting new people, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Wage: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Availability: Schedule flexibility to match demands, working evenings and weekends.

This is a seasonal position with the possibility of becoming full-time.

Responsibilities:
Lead the Restaurant floor staff and empower them to take initiative.
Assist management with recruiting and training staff when needed.
Coach staff and help them reach their full potential.
Assist with serving, bartending, and food running during peak times so the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.
Work the restaurant floor, converse with members, and address any complaints in a friendly and respectful.
Conduct monthly inventory counts and assist with ordering, purchasing, and receiving for all food and beverage departments.
Assist the Catering Manager with event planning, set up, and execution so that the event operates smoothly.
Ensure that orders are correctly charged to member accounts and assist with any billing questions.
Act as the Manager on Duty when senior management is away.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of previous experience within a similar Restaurant Management role is required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
Multi-tasking proficiency and ability to prioritize.
Passion for developing others.
Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities.
Valid Serving It Right Certificate.  
Schedule flexibility to match demands, working evenings and weekends.
Physical ability to lift at least 30lbs
