About the role

The Brand Retention Manager will be responsible for all retention/lifecycle marketing initiatives. This includes full ownership of channels like (but not limited to): email, sms, loyalty programs, referral programs, postcard marketing, transformation challenges, etc., with emphasis on maximizing customer LTV and retention rates. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, critical thinking, and the ability to execute and assess the performance of individual retention programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in both the tactical and strategic elements of customer retention.

About you

The right candidate will meet the following requirements and will be able to have

• Full ownership of driving and maximizing customer LTV and all related metrics (repurchase rate, margin, units per transaction, average order value, time to second order etc.).
• Manage and oversee all aspects of retention channels. This includes but is not limited to: calendar planning, automation strategy, customer journey optimization, building and deploying campaigns, etc.
• Track, analyze, and report on all key customer and business KPIs.
• Consistently build out a robust marketing campaign calendar using all marketing channels at your disposal.
• Optimize existing CRM automations and identify opportunities for new automations based on gaps in customer lifecycle.
• Partner with acquisition and design teams to develop effective, integrated cross-channel campaigns.
• Aggregate and mine customer profiles, preferences, and purchases across all available databases to improve targeting and segmentation.
• Deploy strategies for growing our email and sms list.
