Salary: $70,000-$85,000 plus excellent benefits
Our client, an established Industrial /Commercial Renovation Business, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Bookkeeper to join their team in Mississauga. Reporting directly to the Co-Owners, this pivotal role involves heavy involvement in Accounts Payable, Full Cycle Accounting, Payroll, Month End Close, and overseeing Accounts Receivable. This position requires a “can do” attitude and the successful incumbent will have to be OK with wearing the many hats that come with working in a small office environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Customer Invoicing and Account Management
Vendor Invoices/payables
Manage Receivables team
Payroll and Tax Submissions for a team of 20
Prepare weekly sales reporting, monthly and annual financial reporting
Track and report on job profitability, Inventory, & Revenue Cost Analysis
Manage bank accounts, cashflow
Complete Bank and credit card reconciliations
Supervision of office assistant to complete various administration activities and receivables
Manage vendors and contracts, provide WSIB certificates
Qualifications and Skills:
Extensive Bookkeeping & Quickbooks experience
Incredibly Organized
Nitty-Gritty Approach: Enthusiastic about diving into details and solving intricate financial challenges
Sense of Ownership: Demonstrate a keen sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
Detail-Oriented: Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records
