Job description
Shah Foods is looking for 2 Full time permanent Meat cutters at Regina Location
Cut Trim and prepare standard cuts of meat poultry and fish as per customer orders. Grind and slice meats using grinders and slicing machine. Prepare special displays and may wrap the meat, poultry, fish. Manage inventory and determine amount, product line and freshness of products according to company and customer requirements. Ensure food storage conditions are adequate. Ensure the meat area is clean as per standard safety requirements.
