We have an opening for an experienced Agriculture Technician (Ag Technician) to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for working with agricultural equipment. As an Ag Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines, sprayers, and more. This is a full-time permanent position.

Duties include:

• Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on agricultural equipment
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues
• Ordering parts and maintaining inventory
• Providing excellent customer service

Schedule:

• Align with South Country working hours
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• 2-3 years of experience with repairing and maintaining agricultural equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of John Deere technology and products is an asset
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Preferably has Ag Mechanical Technician Journeyman certification, or Heavy Duty Automotive/Automotive Journeyman with background in farm equipment
• Is knowledgeable in farming practices with above average electronic diagnostic ability
