Job description

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, including scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor progress and address any issues or delays to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to plans and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and meeting minutes.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and other team members to provide updates on project status.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle construction projects.
• Familiarity with the development of car dealerships is preferred.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in construction software and applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Location: This role will be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating all on-site construction activities. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the development of car dealerships.
