Job description

We're looking for a dynamic individual to manage Insolvency data, ensure compliance, and build industry relationships for team success. If you're bilingual (English and French) with 1-2 years in Insolvency, Collections, or Litigation, and have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

Permanent full-time position
(Monday - Friday) with regular working hours
Training from 9 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities
- Input and oversee data related to Insolvency

- Conduct thorough reviews of documents received from Trustees, ensuring adherence to prescribed procedures
- Maintain adherence to established service level agreements and fulfill audit requirements set by clients
- Execute regulated processing in alignment with client standards and guidelines
- Utilize the client's proprietary systems as required
Foster and sustain relationships within the Insolvency industry

Qualifications
- Bilingual ( English and French speaking)
- Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in the insolvency industry, collections, litigation or insolvency is an asset
- “Passion to Serve” Customer focus, self-motivated, assertive and able to learn quickly
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface effectively with a team and the ability to work independently
- Strong data entry skills and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously; work in a fast paced environment with exceptional data entry and accuracy
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills, detail oriented
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check (Criminal, Credit etc)
