We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team in the construction mid-rise industry. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects within budget and timeline constraints. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mid-rise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
- Develop and maintain project schedules, allocating resources and tracking progress
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to establish project goals and objectives
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design and construction plans meet quality and safety standards
- Oversee the procurement process, including bidding, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships
- Monitor project budgets, identify and resolve budget discrepancies, and report on financial status to stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify and address any issues or delays
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management
- Proven experience as a project manager in the mid-rise construction industry
- Strong knowledge of mid-rise construction methods, codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
Salary range: $120,000 to $150,000
