Job description

We are a high performance Private Cloud Hosting company with 20 staff serving law firms. We
provide end-to-end IT support, infrastructure hosting, major upgrades/installations and
advanced cloud work.
We are looking for a strong candidate with 3 to 5 years experience in an end user technical
support role with a desire to develop their technical and customer service skills. This position
includes significant opportunity for skills development, independent work, customer service and
advancement in technical roles.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this position are:
• Technical Work: Performing a wide variety of technical support and system administration
tasks for cloud infrastructure, desktop, and application issues, both on-site and remote
• Developing expertise in application software and imparting knowledge to end users
• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service for law firm end users and
resolving their support requests spanning multiple technologies
• Performing associated technical documentation and administration

• Appropriate escalation to Tier 3 and Senior Engineer colleagues to ensure quick and
efficient resolution of support requests
• Teamwork: Engage with technical colleagues to improve our product offerings in a
collaborative technical environment

The following are some of the technologies you will be working with:
• Ticketing: ConnectWise Manage
• Server OS: Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019
• Firewall: SonicWall, Cisco, Fortinet
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
• Remote Desktops: Citrix XenApp, Microsoft RDS
• Backup: Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam O365 Backup, Symantec Backup Exec
• Antivirus: ESET
• Monitoring: ConnectWise Automate (formerly LabTech)
