You want to make a difference, offer personalized support, in collaboration
with a multidisciplinary team, to adults who need to discover, develop and
actualize their full potential potential. You will work with a clientele facing
multiple challenges in the process of professional integration.
As part of your duties, you will be an agent of inspiring change ) in
achieving client objectives by promoting introspection, reflection and taking action.
You will lead group workshops, laboratories and plan individual
meetings promoting self-knowledge, experimentation with new situations and
taking action for the management of your career.
You will collaborate with different partners in the community (organizations, businesses, agents of
Services Québec offices) and participate in networking activities.
Level of study
College diploma in special education, or related field.
Qualifications and Skills
- Have a minimum of four (4) years of experience
-Communication, leadership and motivation skills
-Be concerned about quality (ethics, confidentiality , rigor)
-Knowledge of the clientele served by Services Québec (an asset)
