Bilingual - Project Coordinator with legal background

Remote based in Ontario or Quebec

In this role you will be responsible for providing professional level administrative support within the project management team.

As a key member of the project team, the project coordinator will be a part of a team delivering exceptional quality work to clients as well as the internal teams.  The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual.

As a member of the project management team, you will support the project manager, and provide professional-level support and superior customer service.

You are proactive, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• You will meet project requirements to ensure deliverables are accomplished on time, on budget, at the highest quality standards.
• You will coordinate with internal operational groups throughout the project life-cycle and coordinate deliverables to meet project objectives.
• You will respond to client communication in a timely accurate manner, understand client needs and feedback, and collaborate and consult with clients/team.
• You will document and report, create scripts and website text, provide project training, and perform analysis of reporting to ensure quality and results.

Requirements:

• Your communication skills are superior in French and English
• You have top-notch Excel skills with strong MS Office ability.
• Your experience includes at least 1 year of direct client/customer contact in a professional environment, (legal environment preferred).
• Post-secondary education.
• You are proactive and able to coordinate and work well with a team.
• You are comfortable dealing with sensitive information.
• You can pivot your activity, and manage multiple priorities while reacting to changing situations.
• You display critical thinking skills, have keen attention to detail, and can effectively gather and process information quickly.
• Clean criminal record search.
