Title of the position: Social Research Assistant
Job duties: Compile tables, charts, graphs and summarized statistics for integration in research papers and reports;
Process data using statistical software to conduct basic analyses of trends in support of research activities;
Collect, consolidate, cross-tabulate and format data from various sources to prepare draft reports for review by supervisors or researchers
Assist in collection and tracking of data from monitored use of services and provide information to management and client groups.
Prepare monitoring reports on trend analyses
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $32.05 per hour
Hours worked per Week: 30 hours per week
Location of work: Vancouver/Metro Vancouver
Skills requirements: A College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Statistics, or other social science field is required
Prior academic or professional work experience in social science research is required
