Job Summary

As a member of Equinix’s Revenue Operations Go-To-Market (GTM) Insights & Analytics (IA) team, the Manager of Segmentation Analytics will be at the forefront of our mission to accelerate revenue growth through enhanced customer experiences.  This role holder is responsible for utilizing data-driven techniques, such as predictive and prescriptive propensity-to-buy, customer lifetime value, as well as needs-based segmentation and customer targeting modelling and analytics, while leading a specialized team to comprehend , segment, and discover growth opportunities within our diverse market, Platform, customer, and partner ecosystem. Their contributions empower Equinix's Customer and Revenue Office to refine marketing strategies, optimize corporate development, enhance sales and customer success tactics, improve product and service offerings, and fine-tune revenue-generating GTM and route-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with the preferences and requirements of customers and partners. ​
