Seaside Paper is adding a full-time Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative to our growing business!
Summary:
- This position supports the customer service and accounting teams by answering the telephone, directing, and screening calls, managing visitors, data entry, and other general office support.
- They are also responsible for serving customers over the phone and by email.
- The OA/CSR understands his/her role as a brand ambassador and provides positive experiences to all customers through tact and diplomacy.
- Position: Office Administrator/CSR
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:30.
- Compensation $60,000-$65,000 annually based on experience
Job Duties:
- Respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries from clients, business partners, and other parties.
- Assist customers over the phone or by email with orders and account-related requests and inquiries
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate account records and files
- Where necessary, assist in compiling data for various reports.
- Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority posts, packages, courier services, product samples, and other correspondence.
- Ordering of stationery and janitorial supplies.
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:
- 2-3 Years of experience in an office environment is required, OR A certificate in admin/business AND 1 year of customer service experience (Can be in areas of Food Service, Retail, etc.)
- Experience in manufacturing would be ideal but not required
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 360 software would be a significant asset as we are transitioning to this software
- Excellent Telephone Etiquette – Ability to screen calls and be firm
- Good with customers and the ability to say no to customers tactfully
- Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount to be successful in this role.

- Lifting or moving 10-20lbs may be required.
