About the Role:
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Production Team. The Production Team is the heartbeat of all production activity at the company - it’s at the intersection between satisfying our home builder’s order requests while coordinating the manufacturing of their orders and installation schedules. It requires consistent coordination, both internally and externally, to ensure our client needs are met without compromising our company’s ability to deliver.

- Coordinate installation schedules with various builders concurrently
- Optimize the use of the company’s roster of installers to ensure housing installations are scheduled based on geography, skillset, and knowhow
- Prepare reports to showcase installation velocity and output to management
- Resolve installation conflicts with builders and installers and reschedule as needed.
- Coordinate with the company’s plant manager to ensure the production schedule is aligned with the plant’s manufacturing capacity.
- Work cross-functionally with various business and plant teams including but not limited to: sales, service, carpentry, and measuring.
Applicants must have the following skills, experience, and expectations: - A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a client-facing role.

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams or similar.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a previous track record of interfacing with clients from large, high revenue accounts.
- Previous experience interfacing with 50+ customer interactions per day via phone or email.
Requirements: - You thrive in fast-paced and challenging environments. You can think on your feet and adapt when plans change.
- You have a passion for excellence. You challenge the status quo and don’t accept mediocrity.
- You are a creative problem-solver. You don’t get flustered easily. If you don’t know an answer, you will dig until you find it.
- You are incredibly organized and pay attention to the details. You stay focused—nothing is ignored or overlooked on your watch. You know what needs to be done and can make sure it gets done.
- You’re a clear, effective communicator and embrace the value of open communication. You understand the importance of the timely distribution of documentation and processes. You can explain anything to anyone and are comfortable communicating in writing, in person, and on the phone.
- You are calm under pressure and resourceful, prioritizing and pivoting depending on immediate and long-term needs.
- You’re a self-starter who always works with a sense of urgency
- When you see the same task over and over again, you have an ability to streamline it
- You always deliver improvements to existing processes and unlock value for teams
