Lead the operational financial reporting, budgeting, and planning processes across all major business functions.
Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, monthly management reports, and analysis to support decision-making.
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation, including reconciliations, inter-company accounts, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, and HST filings.
Coordinate the year-end external audits and act as the primary point of contact.
Manage accounting controls and tools (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Ceridian, Float) and identify cost reduction opportunities throughout the organization.
Contribute to the annual forecasting and budgeting process.
Ensure compliance with local laws, tax provisions, and relevant industry and financial regulations.
