Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the program: from delivery to cost performance. (Profitability, losses, gains, follow-ups, parts retained, parts rejected and returned by the customer);
- Coordinate action plans and project launches;
- Organize production meetings and program review meetings;
- Provide solutions to production problems related to his/her mandate, propose to groups and implement continuous improvement measures to increase productivity and ensure the quality of the customer's products;
- Resolve problems with the receiving, shipping, planning, inspection and program departments within his team, in terms of management and decision-making of strategic choices;
- Prepare presentations for customers;
- Identify staff training needs to increase versatility and knowledge;
- Participate in problem-solving and implementation to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Education: Essential - DEC in Mechanical Engineering or DEC in Logistics OR Equivalent experience may be considered;
- Asset: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Administration or Logistics;
- Experience: 2 to 5 years' relevant experience in a similar position.
